Nashville, Tennessee

This Twelve-Twelve condo high-rise in the Gulch area has panoramic vies of Nashville’s downtown skyline from the penthouse on the 23rdfloor.

The 3 bedroom, 3 ½ bath 3,800 square foot condo was another project done remotely.  We reworked an open floor plan with all the exterior windows, yet not as desirable having an open master bathroom in the master suite. Walls were added for privacy as well as relocating the powder room entrance. 

Making this home eco-friendly (i.e. green) was the most important component of this design.  All elements selected:  fabrics, furniture and finishes, had to meet this criteria in making this a healthy house to call home.
